For centuries, countries around the world have encouraged a mediterranean diet – eating mostly plant-based foods like fruits and veggies, replace butter with healthy fats (such as olive oil) and seasoning with herbs instead of salt. The Simple Greek is no exception; choose a base (pita, lentils, rice or salad), a protein and healthy toppings. It’s a great way to eat healthy without compromising taste or craving.
